Item was as described and pictured. Arrived undamaged - no scratches, misspelled words, bends in the metal. Keychain is a bit lightweight but considering the uses for these engraved circles, probably is the better. This keychain is destined for a Cat Mom who lost her husband recently and then her cat. She recently adopted a new cat that has warmed her heart.

This is a gift for my best friend and I love it, it is a little bit smaller than I expected but it is so cute and honestly the perfect size to put on your keys if you have a lanyard or some type of key-chain thing. It is great quality and super cute.

We're All Mad Here
This all started as a hobby, I was in search of a necklace inspired by my favorite stories, and could not find any that were both subtle yet obvious at the same time. I bought supplies to make some for myself, and then I thought I could start to sell them as representations of classic films and stories for others who were in search of such jewelry. With a Disney career in my background, these necklaces hold a special place in my heart. The rest is history <3

Standard shipping for orders going within the USA is USPS 3-5 business days. International orders take more time, depending on the location.
If you need your item to be rushed in the production process, please click on the "Rush Order" option on the left hand side of my store. This will expedite the production process, but does not change the speed of shipping. Please contact me if you are interested in expedited shipping, and we can calculate how much it would cost for you, depending on your location.
What happens after your order is placed?
I usually have an enormous amount of orders at any given time, so I do my best to look over all of my orders as often as possible. If you leave something in the "Notes" section of checkout, I may not notice it until I get to your order. If you have something urgent, please contact me through messaging me via Etsy messages. (It's easier for me to check on Etsy rather than email). It usually takes 2 days - 1 week for me to send orders out after they are placed. Sometimes its sooner than a week, rarely longer. It all depends on how many orders are ahead of you, and what my hectic schedule looks like.
I work very hard to check each item individually for any defects. Everything is put together by my own two hands, so I am in charge of quality control. I do my absolute best to send everything out in perfect condition, but if you happen to receive a damaged item (broken chain/clasp, etc.), I will send a replacement as long as you provide photographic evidence of your damaged item. However, this policy only applies for two weeks after the item has been delivered to you.
Items lost in the mail - after I send out an order, it is literally out of my control. If USPS loses your item, there is nothing I can do about it. I understand it is very, very, frustrating when USPS loses an item, it has happened to me numerous times. With my increase in orders I simply cannot be sending out replacements left and right. I will, however, do my best to work with you. If the tracking on your item says it has been delivered, it is your responsibility to take it up with your local post office. I can no longer be held responsible for items that have been claimed delivered, I'm sorry :( If tracking updates stop and you should have received your item but haven't, take it up with your post office and contact me. First Class is 3-5 business day shipping (within the US), but there have been cases where items can take up to 30 days to be delivered due to items being lost or bad weather conditions. I apologize if these policies are inconvenient, but it really is out of my control after it has been sent out. I understand that it is not fair to you nor I when this happens, so I will do my best to work with you, but you must have some sort of contact with me within 30 days of the item being shipped. If you contact me after 30 days, I will not be responsible for anything.
