Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork. All copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Angélica Venegas. You may not claim the artwork as your own.

To use this set to create more than 100 units or an unlimited number of end products and units without credit, purchase an APPROPRIATE LICENSE.

✗ NO · Print the patterns on fabric for sale as-is is PROHIBITED (you´ll need an appropriate license for it)
✗ NO · Re-selling the patterns designs as scrapbook paper.

✗ NO · Using my artworks on POD (Print On Demand) such as Society6, Redbubble, etc. is not allowed.
✗ NO · Use the artwork in unlawful, offensive, pornographic, or defamatory material

► · DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products must always incorporate the graphics/patterns into your own design that includes other design elements such as text, backgrounds, other graphics, etc. to create a unique design that is significantly different from the original artwork purchased. Your product must be in a flattened format and be sold for your customer’s personal use ONLY.

► · FABRIC SELLERS
To print the patterns on fabric for sale, you must purchase either an EXTENDED LICENSE (for up to 30 yards / 30 metros) or an EXTENDED PLUS (for unlimited yards / unlimited meters).

► · PHYSICAL SCRAPBOOKING SUPPLIES
The sale of any physical scrapbooking supplies & kits requires an EXTENDED LICENSE

All designs, illustrations, graphics, surface patterns, prints, and clipart herein are the original work of Angélica Venegas and are protected by international copyright laws and treaties. Angelica Venegas owns all rights, including copyrights, to all designs, illustrations, graphics, surface patterns, prints, and clipart. Angélica Venegas reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms of Use and the Licenses at any time.
