She sought feedback on the work as she created each portrait and was good at incorporating suggested changes. I was very happy to receive the final products and they display wonderfully.

I placed the order without enough time for it to be shipped to us for my parents' anniversary, so Caroline made sure to sent us a high quality digital file to give to my parents before the final product arrived.

5 out of 5 starsI purchased this watercolor as a first wedding anniversary for my sister. I know she will love it! It’s such a unique and thoughtful gift. The seller was great to communicate with and shipped the print quickly. One thing to be mindful of is the shipping time- it took several weeks to get to me in the US (it’s shipped from Sweden). Not sure if this was longer than normal due to Covid, but something to keep in mind. It’s beautiful, and was definitely worth the wait! I will purchase again from this shop! :)

Inspired by customer requests I paint custom pieces in watercolour, pencil and ink.
Everything in my shop is sketched, painted, printed, folded, packaged, and shipped, with gratitude and care, by me. I find that exploring the element of water, applying its wonderful particular characteristics together with fine color pigments is continuously inspiring.

Shop policies
I paint custom portraits in watercolor and can combine several photos into one painting. For example if you have a loved lost one that you wish to be included in a painting. I also paint surf portraits, house portraits and pet portraits.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If the item has been damaged during transit I will refund you the purchase of the item (not the shipping cost). In that case, please photograph the item and send me a message with the picture so that I can make a complaint with the postal service.
Payment
All major payments, such as credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and Paypal are accepted as payment. You do not need to have a paypal account to use paypal. Paypal provides a safe and easy method for paying by credit card (or other means) via a third-party site.
Shipping
Shipping will be made 3-5 business days after your payment has been received using standard shipping with the Swedish postal service. A Trace Code will be provided to you for orders shipping outside Sweden (except for orders on greeting cards). For domestic shipping it is possible to upgrade shipping to include a trace code during checkout (except for orders on getting cards).
If you buy more than one item, Etsy will combine shipping automatically.
Standard shipping will arrive in about 7-10 business days worldwide.
International orders outside the European Union are marked as "merchandise" with the accurate values. The buyer is responsible for customs fees when receiving the purchase.
