I ordered this item on September 24, I just now received it on October 26. I contacted the seller October 3 asking when item would be shipped, he responded October 10 saying it would be shipped that night. October 13 was when I was notified the shipping label had been created. It wasn't until October 20, however, that the item went to the shipping facility. I originally purchased the tie for my wedding which took place on October 18. Thankfully I ordered a bow tie off another site and it made it here on time. The tie itself, once it arrived, was poorly made and it wasn't the correct color either. Will not order from this store again.

There is no sales tax on all orders.

We ship from the United States and ship all items via USPS First Class Shipping, unless otherwise noted. Tracking information will be providing as orders are shipped. Please allow more time for a larger quantities, weddings, and custom requests.

US: 7-14 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
International: 7-21 business days
Please note that international buyers are responsible for all customs fees and charges in their respective countries. Take time to understand personal country's policies on receiving international shipments before ordering. Packages will often arrive in 7-21 days, but packages can be delayed by customs for inspections.
Because of possible custom delays, please allow at least 30 days for package to arrive. Persistently check with the country’s post office to see if they have received the packages, if not received within 21 days.

Priority shipping is available for an additional $12 ($15 for shipping total) and will allow an order to be received within 4 to 6 business days of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
We accept all returns within 30 days of the purchase date. We must receive the order returned within the 30 days. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unscented, wrinkle-free, and not have any burnt marks. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. At On Point, we understand the difficulty of not receiving a full refund of a purchase; therefore we offer refunds plus the initial shipping expenses. Please understand we cannot offer refunds on Priority and Express shipping expenses. Refunds will be issued once the order has been received and inspected.
If the return is based on an error made by On Point, i.e. a wrong product was sent, we offer a full refund of the total purchase prince, including shipping expenses both ways. This policy excludes Buyer’s Remorse, i.e. getting an order and changing sentiments of the order.
Please understand that custom orders are final and cannot be accepted for a return.
