Most pieces are custom made to order. There is something incredibly special about having a piece made just for you and in the perfect size. This is the reason that items ship between 1-5 days. During a busy holiday season, or during a sale event, there will be occasional delays. I hope you find each piece to be worth the wait ^__^.

I chose one of these in gorgeous 14K rose gold and one in sterling silver. They look wonderful stacked together, and really compliment other rings that I stack with them. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I love how the hammered texture catches the light. Amazing quality of workmanship.

About

Gemstones, architecture, nature, the human form ~ they are all my muse and inspiration.

Nothing makes my head spin quite as much as that rare gemstone find. I search relentlessly for unique stones, of the highest quality, from all corners of the world. In my shop you will find Sonoran Nacozari turquoise, Brazilian pyrite, Russian seraphinite, Peruvian amazonite, and many, many other treasures that I hope will bring you as much pleasure as they bring me.

I am meticulous in my selection of which stones to use on each ring, bracelet, necklace or pair of earrings. Not a single detail is overlooked in my production. Even the way I finish my beaded bracelets takes into consideration daily use, which stones surround the focal piece, the overall balance, and the way that it will sit on the wrist. When I have a surge of orders, I still keep my focus on each individual piece as if it is the only one. I want my clients to *feel* the love and care that I put into my work. Jewelry should feel decadent. It should make you feel special, beautiful, and important.

I am so grateful for the opportunity Etsy gives me to do what I love and also be an involved presence in the lives of my husband and children. Being a self-supporting artist was a life-long dream and is an amazing example for future generations. My children witness every aspect of how to run an artistic business: from concept, to execution, to finally putting it out into the world for others to enjoy. They are learning how important it is to not overlook the little things, to always give 100%, to include an extra measure of love in everything that you do and to go the extra mile even when no one is looking.

Environmental and social responsibility is important to me. I recycle and try to use recycled metals and materials whenever possible. All of the stones I purchase and do not use are given to a group of women who donate their time to creating jewelry that is sold in a non-profit boutique (http://www.wellspringliving.org/stores.php) that raises money for rescuing and restoring sex trafficking victims. 100% of their revenue benefits the women and girls in the program (http://www.wellspringliving.org/).

Shipping
United States Shipping
I ship to all US addresses by USPS. Please provide a full street address for shipping. Please make sure the address on your paypal account is your current accurate address.

International Shipping
I ship internationally under the following conditions:

I reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.

Processing of international orders takes longer. Please allow 1-2 extra business days to accommodate this.

Most orders are shipped by International First Class Mail. Delivery for most shipments is estimated by the US Post Office at 7-10 days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. There have been instances of international parcels taking 3-4 weeks to arrive. I have no control over the postal services and therefore cannot guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.

If you order does not arrive within 30 days, I can place a claim with the US Post Office for a lost parcel. Under US Postal regulations, this is the earliest I can ask for a claim inquiry. It can take an additional 30 days for the Post Office to investigate.

Customs, Duty Tax and VAT - Your parcel may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. I will not falsify any information on the customs forms.

Packaging
I take great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival.

After three months and up to one (1) year I will repair (if possible) for a small fee + shipping or replace for 50% of the original price paid.

Elastic/Stretch Bracelets: I am happy to replace the elastic in my stretch bracelets for as long as you wish to wear them regardless of the reason for breakage. Please include a check to cover the cost of return shipping in the package.

Refunds will be credited via Paypal. I do not refund shipping. If an items is returned undamaged or is returned without a confirmation it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. I do not charge restocking fees on exchanges. To obtain a return authorization, please contact me.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders:
I am currently limited in my ability to accept custom orders. I am happy to discuss bridal jewelry and slight modifications to existing work (such as using a different focal bead, metal or combining elements you see within my site, etc). I require a $25 non-refundable deposit that will be used to cover the time it takes to create the piece, take photographs and come to a final design. There is no custom fee to switch a focal piece or metal, only to come up with a new design.

Bracelet sizing policy:
Accurate wrist measurement is incredibly important with bracelets for the best and most comfortable fit. The best way to measure your wrist is with a fabric tape measure. The measurement should be taken at the smallest part of the wrist between the hand and wrist bone. If you don't have a fabric tape measure, you can use string and a ruler. You will need to wrap the string around your wrist and measure it. After you measure it, cut it to the length you measured. Wrap it around again and make sure that it is a perfect (not loose) fit. If it is loose and overlaps, cut again and double check, then send me the final measurement.

If the measurements you provide are not accurate, or if this is a gift and you are not able to provide exact measurements, I will be happy to adjust the size for a fee of $20 (shipping is included). If it is a leather bracelet and the length needs to be extended, there will be a fee of $30 to cover the extra cost of silver and materials.
