Got the tough case which has 2 parts to it (I'd recommend) and it looks excellent. The buttons are easy to push and everything works as it should. I also attached a pop socket to it no issues. I'd purchase from their selections again! Thank you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Do you accept returns and exchanges?
KustomKase is confident that you will love your case but because your case is made especially for you and your device, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. This does not apply if you were sent the wrong design, color or model at the fault of KustomKase team. Please be sure you order for the correct device, if the incorrect size is ordered accidentally, we are unable accept returns / exchanges / refunds.
LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Because I am so confident that my products are the very BEST that the market has to offer, I happily offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY, yes, lifetime! That means if your case breaks or fades, KustomKase will replace it. It will be replaced with the same design and model. Normal scratches or wear and tear are not covered and we will not accept returns from forced damage.
Photos & approval from our production team will be required.
PHONE CASES: What is the difference between the SLIM and TOUGH case options?
Our SLIM cases are very thin-profiled and light weight. They are a one-piece snap on case. It is seen as a vanity case mainly used for aesthetics and minimum protection. Therefore, it doesn't cover the top, bottom or area around your phone buttons.
Our TOUGH cases have a polymer outer shell and include a BLACK inner rubber lining that wraps around all edges of the screen. Our tough selection offers all around phone protection! This selection is highly recommended for optimal protection.
Are your cases compatible with wireless chargers?
Yes, both our SLIM and TOUGH cases are 100% compatible with wireless chargers.
What is the difference between Glossy and Matte finish?
The glossy finish is more reflective with a slick finish while the matte case is softer and has a better grip.
Are your cases compatible with tempered glass screen protectors?
Yes, both our SLIM and TOUGH cases are 100% compatible with tempered glass screen protectors.
Do your SLIM cases cover all sides of my phone?
Our SLIM cases do not completely wrap around the top or bottom of the phone or the area around your phone buttons.
Can I order a different colored inner silicon liner for my TOUGH case?
We only offer the color BLACK for the inner liners of all our TOUGH cases.
PERSONALIZING: Can I customize the artwork used for my case?
All our artworks can be customized. Leave us a comment in the “Note to seller” box with your requests and we will gladly create this new artwork for you. In addition, I will send you a design preview of what the case would look like. There is no extra charge for customizing our artwork.
IMPORTANT: We cannot print in metallics. Gold and silver will be in color only, NOT metallic.
