In December, I️ am officially launching a Bead Embroidery Button & Tassel Pendant class. Come by Bead Gallery in Bonsall, Calif., to learn how to make this vintage-inspired design. Visit my Etsy shop or www.beadgallery.org for more details.
I love making intricate designs in Macrame, but they don't translate into earrings which are smaller and more delicate. See how I reworked this Art Deco bracelet design for a pair of black, silver and gray earrings.
I love Catrinas and am inspired by their beautiful colors and silhouettes. Currently, my favorite necklace is a carnival inspired skull pendant. Also check out my 2 skull tile necklaces, the classic La Calavera de la Catrina and a humorous biker skeleton.

Byline Jewelry—Intricate, Hand Stitched Designs for an Everyday Statement by Natasha Yetman

I make everyday statement jewelry. Through intricate, hand-stitched and beaded techniques, I create durable, attention-getting designs that allow the wearer to tell their story. Be bold, elegant, artsy, modern, rebellious—day or night. Effortless to wear and never boring. What’s your byline?

    Owner, Designer

My designs are created primarily using bead embroidery, bead weaving and/or soutache techniques, all of which require my favorite tools: a needle and thread. I taught myself to sew at age 5, when I decided to alter my favorite Halloween costume to fit my stuffed rabbit. As an adult, my love of jewelry morphed into beading for fun, and really became a passion when I discovered these intricate and time-consuming techniques. My primary materials are glass seed beads, semi-precious stones and pearls.

How do I care for, store and clean my jewelry?

All jewelry is fragile, regardless of its material or the technique used to create it. Take care when wearing your jewelry. These items are not made for children. Do not wear jewelry while swimming, showering or during strenuous physical activities.

To prevent tarnishing, store your item in a jewelry box or sealed container. You can safely clean the metal components with a polishing cloth.

How accurate are the pictures of your items?

All images are taken with natural lighting. Remember, colors may vary from computer monitor to computer monitor. Also, the images of each item are designed to show you their intricate details and may distort the actual size. I’ve provided detailed dimensions for each item.

Do you do repairs?

I work very hard to ensure my items are durable and comfortable to wear. But life happens, so please contact me and send a picture. I am willing to work with you to determine the best type of repair, if one is possible. A repair fee may apply.
