Payment

Paypal is my primary choice for payment. In particular cases I will be able to consider taking money orders (just convo me).
I DO NOT accept personal checks.

No item will be shipped previous to payment. If I don't receive payment or hear from you within 3 days, I will be forced to cancel your order.

If you have ordered an item but want to cancel your order, please convo me. I will work with you to find a satisfying solution.

Shipping

Shipping is from UK.

I assure you that every precaution in packaging is taken to ensure that your purchase arrives safely to you.

I ship my orders within 2-5 days of payment and will notify you if not.

I use eco-friendly packaging materials as much as possible (and I'm also currently using any material i can find in my studio)

The items are sent by regular mail (cheapest option). If you would like another option (track shipping or add insurance) just let me know before placing your order and I will work out a revised invoice for you.

Once shipped, and based on my experience, you can expect your order to arrive:
France: 3-7 days
Spain: up to 15 days
USA: 7-10 days
UK: 2 days
Bear in mind that's not an exact science!

If you don't receive your order within 3 weeks, let me know and we'll find a solution!
