Frequently asked questions
Do you take custom orders?
I don’t accept custom orders.
However, you may request an animal that I've made before if you don't see it available in my shop at the moment and I will try to include it in my next shop update.
What are they made of?
They are hand-cast in the molds I created myself using high quality polyurethane resin and painted with acrylic paints.
Are they fragile?
They are not fragile, however, I would recommend to handle them with care and to keep away from sharp objects that may scratch the surface or chemicals that may damage the glossy finish.
Also, keep them away from open fire and hot surfaces.
How to clean them?
Do not use any chemicals clean the figurines.
To brush off any dust, you can use a clean soft fluffy brush (makeup powder brushes are perfect for this purpose) or a soft cloth (ones that are for cleaning glasses are great).
If it absolutely needs to be washed, a quick rinse in clean water should do no harm if the water is wiped off immediately. However, I would recommend to keep them away from water if possible.
Can I use them as a decoration for my aquarium?
No, they are not suited for this purpose.
