Passion for Creating

Like most of my customers, I am a doll collector. I love the diverse beauty of the dolls and their tiny fashions. Sewing for the dolls became my passion several years years ago and it’s never waned! I added tiny stuffed animals that I call Wee Beasties to my repertoire about three years ago. I think they make a great complement as pets and toys for the dolls.

As a fellow doll collector and creator I make the following commitment to my customers. My goal is to make beautiful, well-made, lasting items. To that end, my doll clothes are often lined or the seams and edges are finished as required by the garment and fabric. I test fabrics when I have a concern that they may stain the dolls. If I find dye transfer I will attempt to treat the fabrics. I will not use fabric where I have been unsuccessful in stopping dye transfer. I can’t promise that stains will never happen but I take great care and steps to ensure it does not happen to my dolls or my customers’.

I love to try new techniques, tools and materials so there’s no knowing what new things I may be adding to my store in the future.
