Hi Jami, that is so unfortunate and I are so sorry to hear that!!! That is absolutely against our policy and we will be investigating this immediately. This is not something we stand for and we will be issuing you a full refund. The item is made entirely from scratch, but should not be breaking upon use. I also create the art myself and then outsource the production, so I will ensure to escalate this issue. Thank you for your feedback. We will be removing these from our store immediately while we investigate further.
