Frequently asked questions
How are my orders packaged for shipping?
I take great care in making sure your items arrive safely!
Items purchased from my stock are packaged together in as few shipping packages as possible. (Apparel items are shipped from an outside stockist, so they will ship separately.)
For flat items, such as stickers, prints, cards - they are wrapped in paper with a cardboard reinforcement in a flat envelope to protect them from being folded. (The cardboard requires these items to be shipped as "packages" and not "letters" which is why the shipping can appear to be "high.")
Other small items are wrapped in paper and typically ship in recycled padded mailers.
I try to ship with as little plastic waste as possible.
International Shipping Questions:
How long will it take items to arrive?
Most international orders won't have complete tracking and can take 2-7 weeks to arrive depending upon where you live.
There is always the possibility that items get held up in customs for inspections. Customs delays can add 1-2 weeks to transit time.
As per policy, the BUYER is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price, type of items, package weight/dimensions, and the fees of the destination country.
I am NOT responsible for any customs fees you may need to pay and I will not mark international orders as a lower value to help avoid customs and/or taxes. (It is illegal!)
Are your stickers waterproof? Weatherproof?
Unless noted in the product description - ALL of my vinyl stickers are Waterproof, Weatherproof, UV-protected, and Scratch-Resistant.
Matte Vinyl stickers are also dishwasher safe, so they can be used on drinkware. (Top-rack only!!)
Holographic stickers have a shorter outdoor life and are NOT dishwasher safe.
Sticker Sheets are also waterproof, weatherproof, and UV-protected.
