They responded at all hours of the day, kept me up to date on the order, and even expedited my rug during the holiday season so it would arrive 3 weeks before the expected delivery. The rug quality is amazing, is as described, and pictured, and I am so extremely happy with it.

The rug is super soft and looks well made. One thing to note is that even though the listing mentions that the rug is shipped from California, mine was shipped from China. I messaged the seller and was told that certain colors are shipped directly from their manufacturing partners to reduce shipping time. I don’t have an issue with where it’s shipped from as long as the seller is transparent about it in the listing. The product itself is very cute though.

Absolutely gorgeous rug! I love the colors, it is so thick and plush. My only complaint is that there are some rough cuts along the wave edges. Over time I expect that pieces of fabric may come loose from the binding, which is disappointing for a rug at this price point.
