Announcement   Many of my ornaments are based on the ornaments I loved as a child. I am currently enamored with Pixieware from the late 50's and early 60's. I draw inspiration from these and other assorted images from that time period. I love variety and my attention span is somewhat short so if you see something you like, don't hesitate, it may never return ;o) That said, my little elf ornaments are all one of a kind, no patterns or molds are used and while I can try to duplicate them, no 2 will ever be identical. All paper clay sculptures and ornaments are one of a kind and currently I have no plans on recreating them.

About

Busy Little Elf Creates Heirloom Quality Decorations

Busy Little Elf produces collectible, one-of-a-kind, heirloom quality art dolls, Christmas ornaments and decorations. Known for the quality workmanship and attention to details, Busy Little Elf ornaments are a value to quality minded consumers as they retail at a price in line with competitors with less meticulous methods. Another benefit is an ability to create custom designs to commemorate events in your life with a timely turnaround. Materials used are eco-friendly, locally sourced when possible and chosen for their longevity. Finished workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the product. Each piece comes packaged in an elegant snowflake patterned gift box (or wrap) embellished with a red satin bow. Some doll ornaments come in custom hand-finished wooden boxes which can also be bought in addition to the doll ornaments.

All designs are the work of Cleveland artist Kelly Stamblesky Smith and are inspired by literary works and mid-century pop culture.

Designs are all original and one of a kind. No molds or patterns of any kind are used in their creation.

Busy Little Elf has a vision to bring back the true spirit of Christmas. We strive to help our customers create lifelong memories with our original, heirloom quality ornaments and, in the process, develop lifelong relationships.

By their nature, Heirloom quality ornaments are intended to survive generations of use and to create memories. Busy Little Elf ornaments are designed to create a sense of wonder in the littlest of family members yet connect to the childhood memories of older generations (the very people who tend to collect the family ornaments) and still speak to the most sophisticated of Christmas collectors.

Busy Little Elf ornaments are designed to last many
generations. Because of the importance of such
family traditions, Busy Little Elf guarantees their
ornaments against normal wear and tear and will
repair their ornaments free of charge (not including postage). In case of more extensive damage or the loss of an ornament, Busy Little Elf can reproduce a close copy or make the repairs for a nominal charge (Charge dependent on the original piece)

I accept Paypal and direct checkout at this time. Please note if you are a resident of Ohio you will be charged sales tax.
Shipping
I ship in or out of the US. I use the PayPal address unless clearly stated otherwise. USPS priority mail or First Class (except where noted) but will ship another method if you prefer. I typically ship USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes as it seems to be the most cost effective. Just let me know your shipping preference (if they differ) and I'll calculate the cost. I do consolidate multiple pieces for shipping and refund any difference. I generally ship on Monday and Thursday. If you live in Cleveland and would like to avoid the shipping cost, I can arrange a time when you could pick up your order at The Dancing Sheep (A wearable art, contemporary craft and gift gallery near Shaker Square)
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have a problem. If damage is done during shipment, photos of the box and contents must be taken, please use the time/date stamp on your camera and take clear photos. Damages will be repaired where applicable. If a shipment is not received, you must contact me as soon as the package is late. (I will always send your shipping notification with tracking information and estimated date of arrival) Luckily, I have never had a package that has gone undelivered or been damaged and only once have I had a late delivery. If a return is agreed to, shipping charges cannot be refunded
