About

If it ain't fun, it ain't worth doing.

***Due to the discriminatory nature of etsy's revised selling guidelines for certain items from certain religions, I will no longer support, nor sell on, Etsy. Once my current listings expire, I will be opening a website with a paypal checkout, link posted soon. I will not support discrimination of any kind. Etsy, you're full of bullshit. Claiming to support freedom of religion, thought , and expression, but discriminating against one religion over another. Until you ban the sales of ALL religious ephemera, or transpose your most recent changes on the subject, I will not support you with my hard earned money. Any fees I currently owe will go unpaid. Vote with your dollars. Do not support discrimination in any form!! ***

I am a Goddess worshiping, tree huggin', environmentally conscious, crafting fanatic. I like many crafts, and my interests are many and widely varied. I move from craft to craft, learning all I can about the old arts. What I craft extra of can be found here to purchase. Your support helps me to craft more as creating is what makes life worth living. :)

Quick note about shipping, I am not responsible for any damage that occurs while items are in transit. I do pack them extra well to prevent any possible damage from occurring.

One of my most favorite things to create are INTUITIVE paintings. The process is fairly simple but yields a creative bang in the end. I spread paint around, quite haphazardly in the beginning, smoosh it around a bit and then let it dry. It's really quite fun to do! Often I will have a thought or feeling that I focus on while starting this initial phase of the project. Once the background is dry, I look for clues or images to pop up from the paint. More times than not, I see something and that something is what I build the painting off of. Sometimes I don't see anything right away, so it'll sit around for a while until somethings shows. I once had one site around for nearly a month, and then I glanced at it while doing something else, and there was something there I hadn't seen before!

Once I see something, I am COMPELLED by a very strong urge to complete it and bring it to the surface. I don't know how else to describe it because it really is a push. I can't just wait till later. It has to be NOW. Some of them come out a bit more abstract that others. And I'm okay with that. It is what's meant to be. I am sure if you feel the same pull towards one, then you were meant to have it. That's happened to me more than once with art. I once found a spirit doll online from another independent crafter/creator that I was just enthralled with. I had to have it, but the price was a bit prohibitive. The lady was so kind and let me make payments on it every payday so that I could bring Her home. She was "She Who Accepts and Welcomes Change". Oh how ironic for me. She now sites above my work area and presides over all that is done. Who knows, maybe she is my catalyst for these paintings?

All of my items come from a four-legged and smoke free home. I do have a bird so if you have allergies to bird dust, just let me know and I can give your items an extra good wiping down with a Swiffer cloth.

I'm a small-time hobbyist of most every craft out there. What I sell here I sell in hopes of making some extra cash, on the side, to continue to create goodies because that's what I do. I work full time and this awesome etsy space is a side gig. I really hope that you enjoy what you purchase and I want you to know that it came from someone who LOVES to create. If I could create instead of working full-time...I would!

All items come from a smoke-free and four-legged-animal free home. I do share my living space with a lovely Cockatiel named Mieka. So if you have allergies to bird dust, I will take extra care in cleaning your item so that it will not have much, if any, on it. Just let me know cause I ain't psychic. Teeheehee!
