We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund.
If you wish to return a stone, please contact us within 30 days to let us know you are returning the stone. The stone must be received back within 60 days of the original transaction. Once we receive the stone back, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the stone in the same method it was received.

Payment
Paypal: Etsy requires paypal payments to be made immediately to process a transaction. If you choose paypal and do not complete the payment, I do not know you placed an order.
Money Orders: Must be received within 14 days of checkout.
Credit Cards: We are able to accept credit card payments outside of paypal. If you would like to pay for your purchase this way, please choose OTHER as your payment option and we will convo you with directions to proceed.

SALES AND DISCOUNTS
- Custom orders or reserved stones are not eligible for sale discounts or coupon codes unless it has been specifically stated otherwise.
- No two discounts may be used together unless it has been specifically stated otherwise. For example, you may NOT use a coupon code during a sale, or multiple coupon codes on a single transaction.
- if returning a stone purchased during a sale, you will be refunded the sale price paid.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We love custom orders! If you would like to have a stone custom cut for you, please:
- convo us with the material, shape, and size you would like.
- Allow up to 3 weeks for your stone to be completed.
- Not all requests are possible or ideal; we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Payment is due on approval of the finished stone. If what we cut is not what you had in mind, let us know!We're happy to try again.
HOLDING STONES
We are always happy to reserve stones for our customers. If you see a stone you would like to purchase in the near future, please convo us and we will mark it reserved for you.
- we will gladly hold/reserve stones for 72 hours. If you do not checkout within 72 hours, your stone will be un-reserved and anyone may buy it. You will not be notified first, it is your responsibility to keep track of your 72 hours.
- If you have a stone reserved and our shop starts a sale within your 72 hours, sale discounts NEVER apply to reserved or custom stones.
- If you reserve stone during a sale, you must checkout before the sale ends to receive the sale price.
- If you need more than 3 days to pay, please contact us about opening layaway account.

We do offer a layaway option. If you are interested, you MUST be approved first.
- Please convo us and let us know you would like an account.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- Credit limits may be changed or revoked at any time.
- ALL accounts must be paid in full by the 28th of each month, No Exceptions.
- If your payment is not received by the 28th, your stones will be relisted. You will not be sent reminder notices, it is your responsibility to keep track of your payment due date.
