You may return your Cabooties purchase within 30 days from day of purchase. We accept returns of products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, any shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Please return unused merchandise along with a note requesting a refund and stating the order number. Please note, we can only refund items originally purchased directly from Cabooties.com and Cabooties.etsy.com. If you have purchased your Cabooties from one of our retailers, please contact them for their return policy.

EXCHANGES

We gladly offer exchanges of most products in their original, unused condition. Please send back your unused merchandise along with a note detailing the product(s) you would like to receive and the address you would like them shipped to. We accept Paypal, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. All orders from Cabooties.etsy.com will ship within 1 week after your payment is received and processed.

I ship via USPS First Class with tracking whenever available. First Class Packages artive within 2-5 days in the US. Upgrades to Priority 2 day shipping are available at checkout for most items. Insurance and delivery confirmation are also available for a small fee if you contact me before placing your order.

Ready to ship items go out within 1-5 business days.
Most items are made to order and ship within 1 week, unless I have to special order fabric.

International customers may incur an additional tax on your order. This is assessed by your country and is not included in shipping and handling charges. It is your responsibility to pay this fee should it arise. I mark all customs forms as "baby" items to help you avoid this fee in some countries, but I cannot label your item as a gift. Thank you for your understanding as this is beyond my control.

Cabooties are made by hand. Fabric pattern placement will vary between shoes, making each pair of Cabooties unique! Please expect your Cabooties to vary somewhat from the display image.

Shoe sizes vary by brand. To determine your child's size, measure their foot and add a half inch. Cabooties sizing typically runs as follows:
Newborn: 3.5 Inches (8.89 cm), US Size 1 (UK 0, Europe 16-17)
0-6 Months: 4 Inches (10.2 cm), US Size 2 (UK 1, Europe 17-18)
6-12 Months: 4.5 Inches (11.4 cm), US Size 3 (UK 2, Europe 18-19)
12-18 Months: 5 Inches (12.7 cm), US Size 5 (UK 4, Europe 20-21)
18-24 Months: 5.5 Inches (14 cm), US Size 7 (UK 6, Europe 22-23)
2T: 6 Inches (15.2 cm), US Size 8 ( UK 7, Europe 24-25)
Larger Sizes Available Upon Request

I welcome custom orders on shoes and boots! Please contact me with your custom requests.

A few items in my shop are made of your fabric, not mine. When you order one of these items you will receive a message via Etsy with the address to send your shoes to. If you order one of these items by mistake please contact me ASAP I can issue a refund or exchange.

Wholesale pricing is available for orders of 10 or more pairs of shoes. Please contact me for more details.
