Hey everyone, welcome to Cactus & Lace Designs. I am Ashley, the maker, do-er and dreamer, behind this little shop. This shop has been on my mind and my heart for over a year and has definitely been a slow working process. I taught myself how to crochet about 6 years ago, shortly after I had my daughter Kerzei. I started seeing adorable crocheted items popping up all over the place. And of course, I HAD to have them all for my new baby girl. Then I had an "Ahh-ha" kind of moment and thought, "hey, I can do that!", and my passion for crochet had begun, and I haven't put down my hook since. I started out on my Etsy shop journey, in 2013 with my first shop Kerzei’s Kollection, a Children’s Boutique.

Over the years I have improved my crochet skills and worked on all kinds of different types of projects. I even started dabbling in the crochet design aspect of my shop and started making some of my own patterns. My love for crochet has only grown each and every year and I get excited by all the new crochet designs.

Cactus & Lace Designs was born when I decided I wanted to design and create items for people like me, a little hippie, a little trendy, and a little bit of classic style. If this sounds like you, then you are In the right place. My goal here at Cactus & Lace Designs is to create trendy handmade accessories with a hippie flair.
