This hat was shipped out immediately and the quality of the hat itself is awesome! Not to mention the kick ass robot drawing, I've been a fan of Cade's work for ages!

I'm so in love with my art work from Cade! The colour is even more beautiful in person. Delivery was quick, well-packaged, and personalized with extra drawings! Cade included a personal note, with follow-up communication to check on delivery. I'm new to Etsy, and this has been a wonderful exchange. Thank you Cade!! I will be ordering from you again.

New Year gift for the husband. Super fast shipping and, as usual, meticulous packing job. We love this piece! Thanks Cade.

About

I am an artist living and working in Hawaii.

I began my shop in 2012 putting up hand drawn skate decks for sale. I then discovered that people liked my little watercolor drawings, and so I placed a few of them online, and had some sales. While I still do most of my drawing in a traditional sense, I have been trying to incorporate my digital art as well. My goal is to have both handmade "traditional" style artwork for sale, as well as slightly more affordable digital prints for sale. I hope to continue in this process and possibly have this venue for the full spectrum of work I make.

Born and raised in Honolulu. Lived among the artsy parts and peoples of Honolulu for as long as I can remember. Full time artist. I have two kids who I hope will grow up to have financially healthier lifestyles.

I get my images printed from Chromaco, where they are printed onto canvas and paper. I use Chromaco because they do awesome work, but also because they are local, and easily contactable. I like being able to personally see the process.

I am an artist working in Honolulu. I strive to make the Cade Roster vision a household reality. I work hard to make sure that each image I create is one hundred percent as ME as I can make it. In this quest I have had to employ a great many tools and resources at my disposal. I use pencils, pens, inks, paints, brushes, clay, fabric, cameras, computers, even paper to make sure that the object you hold in your hands is the object I set out to make. Accept no imitations! (or limitations, for that matter.)
My style ranges from family friendly to edgy apocalyptic, and every stop in between on that long windy road.
People say I'm cartoony, but I don't listen much to them. I have never liked being classified as any specific niche of artist. By that token I am both self taught, and formally trained. I went to school, and I did illustration work, but I think I learned the most scribbling furiously at home. I've especially learned the most about the cute stuff since my children were born. They are the best teachers. Its cliche, but true. So please peruse and enjoy. Take your pick of which part you like, it's all me.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you aren't satisfied with my work please let me know, and we can discuss options. Since most everything I do is handmade thus far, my hands are tied as far as what I can offer in exchange. If you want an item other than what I have provided you, please return the item in as good condition as possible to me and I will try to help you find the real item you want, or refund your money. If the item is damaged, there are some things I can repair, please don't hesitate to discuss options. Since each item is handmade, I cannot replace anything lost in transit. Blame technology. We were supposed to have matter duplicators by now, weren't we?
Payment
I accept paypal and major credit cards.
Shipping
99 present of my work will be sent via airmail unless you happen to live in Hawaii. I try to get packages sent to their clients within three working days. If there is a hold up I will notify the buyer via email. If it is commission work, I will give the client an time estimate before I begin working. I pack each piece personally and take great care to make sure it is safely wrapped and protected. Since most of my work for sale doesn't exceed $60 value I tend not to add insurance and count on the good graces of the post office. If a buyer would like their package insured, please specify so, and we can discuss further.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you discover tiny drawings of cats or robots on your package, they are your problem. I don't know anything about them, and will not discuss these things with you.
