If I am experiencing any problems with your order, you will be the first to know. I do my best to make sure I make all deadlines and get your custom item to you as quickly as possible but sometimes life gets in the way. In the event, I can not deliver your order as promised I will contact you and let you know. I respect you as an individual and believe in only telling the truth. I expect that all of my customers will treat me with the same level of integrity and respect the time and work that has been put into your custom order.

I take every precaution to ensure that my items are durable and free from flaws or defects. If you feel that your purchase is defective please contact me and we will work out a solution. I am happy to replace any defective item at my expense.
Please be prepared to email me photos of any item you are planning to return.
Any item that is not paid for within 2 days (Paypal) will be cancelled without notice.
I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR ETSY RECEIPT and do not include an invoice as you are sent a receipt to your e-mail address by etsy after your order comes through. That way if your order is a gift for someone they won't see what you spent.
I generally ship via USPS Priority for orders in the US. On average time frame for delivery from the feedback of our customers can be anywhere from 2-5 business days from when they have been mailed out. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING DUE TO THE USPS.
International orders are sent first class mail and shipping times vary depending on your countries delivery system and how long it takes to go through customs. We can not guarantee the shipping time frame with any international order. Order at your own risk. Some countries can take a month or more. Canada and Australia seem to get things sooner from what we hear back from customers. If you are needing things fast we can not help you if it is an international order. We can not track international orders and delivery time frames are out of our control.

I am not responsible for packages that are delayed in shipping due to the post office or are lost or damaged during shipping. If you are concerned and have issues getting packages contact me BEFORE ORDERING to add delivery confirmation to your order.
If you live in the Clawson, MI area I will on occasion allow you to pick the item up from me. This is on an exception only basis. Please convo me with your request for pick up.
Additional policies and FAQs
You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. You can select the Paypal option when you checkout. After you submit your order, click the ‘pay now’ button, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. If choosing to use e-check option, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared which could take up to three weeks, depending on Paypal.
I do custom orders! If there is a particular color, style or pattern you want.... just let me know! I have access to thousands of fabric choices and am willing to find one that will work for you.
If you have a fabric that you would like made into one of the items in my store... just let me know! I will happily receive your fabric and turn it into a custom item for you. I do return any unused fabrics. There will be an additional 10% charge for custom orders.
