Returns and exchanges
Happy contended customers is my main aim. If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for return shipping and the item must be in original condition and packaging. Once I receive your return I will issue a refund through PayPal.


Please note that custom made or personalised items are non refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Pieces of jewellery made to a customers requirement is also classed as personalised Jewellery and therefore falls under this catagory.
Payment
For customers in the UK I will accept,Paypal payments and Bank Transfers or Postal Orders. For Postal Orders, please allow the time for them to be received and for them to be cashed before shipping.

International customers: I can only accept Paypal payments
Shipping
Shipping to the UK will be Recorded Delivery for insurance purposes, Shipping to anywhere else is not but feel free to contact me if you would like insured international postage or would prefer normal UK delivery.
You can specify another delivery address if you would like to send a gift and I can gift wrap and add a gift card with a personal message for a small fee.

Custom Orders:
For custom made items I do require a small deposit to secure the materials. This is non refundable. Please contact me for details.

General:
These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
