If an order is incorrect (for example wrong design, wrong color, wrong quantity) Please photograph the item packaging including the envelope with shipping label etc and the wrappers. Forward the photos to me cakeadoodledoo [!at] rocketmail.com

RETURN
Items (except monogram and custom orders) may be returned to me. Please contact me prior to making a return so I can accept it. Please return your unopened parcel to me (with any convenient shipping method).
Upon receiving your returned parcel safely, I will refund for the item (minus shipping fees).

TRACKABLE MAIL- (USPS Priority Mail, Canada Xpresspost, Fed Ex, and Purolator)
Parcels with tracking are GUARANTEED to arrive by your event date and are due to a money back guarantee. If the item does not arrive on time your shipping costs will be refunded in full.
Please understand any delays with shipping or customs is not my doing. However, I will honor any late packages with a refund, product replacement, or any way that I can within reason.
Missing parcels will be subject to an insurance claim and a wait time of up to10 business days before any refund can be issued.

REGULAR SHIPPING (USPS First Class USA, Canada O/S Letter mail, International air mail) 3-15 business days, NO time guarantee, NO Tracking, NO insurance

All orders are canceled with inappropriate allowed shipping/production time (3-4 wks). Therefore, I assume all orders with no event dates noted (prior to shipping) have allowed appropriate shipping/production time.
On that assumption if your order doesn't arrive before your event you will not be issued a refund without a return. Please contact me before you return an item.

Any orders that have been purchased with an event date unachievable will be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours. You will be offered a shipping upgrade (if possible) and or refunded.

LOST MAIL
For packages that do not have a tracking number. They are ONLY considered lost 40 calendar days after shipment. I have proof of shipment for every item.
Mail that is determined lost is subject to a refund MINUS shipping fees, and material and manufacturing costs. You will only be refunded for the profit margin on a lost order. Lost packages are out of my control.

DUTY/TAX FEES- ANY International shipments may be required to pay Duty taxes or fees upon arrival. The amount owed is impacted by the destination country and the total item cost calculated by YOUR living state.
Please understand this is the responsibility of the BUYER. I cannot offer any reimbursement towards these fees. If you feel the fees are unfair refuse the package and have it sent back to me.
By purchasing internationally I assume you recognize the responsibility to pay these fees.

If no color requests are left at checkout, and/or after purchase. Your items will be made and shipped to you exactly as photographed.
I am unable to ask you after purchase for your color requests.
