Frequently asked questions
Shipping Information
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders. Orders to Canada typically take 10 business days or more to receive. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note, once the package is in the hands of the USPS, delivery times are out of my control and I cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted on custom orders. However, if there is an error with your order, please contact me to resolve the issue.
Please NOTE: There will be a $3.50 restocking fee for all returned toppers.
