This shop serves as our gift-set store where you can buy our standard flavors in dozen quantity packs (one flavor per dozen) as well as a promo board for our seasonal flavors. Returns and exchanges
Because each order is perishable and non-returnable, I unfortunately do not offer refunds. I make each order within 24 hours of shipping so that they are as fresh as possible and take great care in prepping and packaging them so they arrive safely. However, once in transit, I have little control over damages/lost packages. If your package is damaged upon arrival or lost, please contact me and I will do what I can to refund your shipping costs (if possible).
Payment
Right now, we only accept Pay Pal for our Etsy Shop (you can also use a debit/credit card if you don't have a Pay Pal account), but if you are looking to order more than (1) gift set at a time, please visit our website or contact me directly at cakewalkdesserts [!at] gmail.com for a custom quote and shipping costs.
Shipping
All desserts are made fresh to order, and will ship within (10) business days from the time you place your order. If you need it there sooner, please contact me, as sometimes exceptions can be made if there is availability.
I ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail and include delivery confirmation and insurance for the price of order. Shipments originate from Southern California so all orders will be received within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
