About Luna Reef
My name is Michelle Tavares and I'm the artist behind Luna Reef. I mainly grew up in southern California, but since then I have lived a nomadic life living in places like Utah, Florida, Oklahoma, Hawaii, New York and now Georgia with my husband and two boys. With each move I take a piece of our last home and incorporate it into my artwork. While we lived in Florida, my work became very nautical. When we were in Utah, it was the mountains and desert that inspired me. I can't wait to see what inspires me next!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I offer refunds or exchanges (minus the cost of shipping) under the following conditions: you need to contact me within 5 days of receiving the item, and you need to return it to me undamaged within 14 business days. I am happy to offer a full refund, if you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped.
I can not be held responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided, or damage during shipping due to negligence of the postal carrier. Please make sure your address provided to Etsy and Paypal are current.
Shipping
Orders ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase. They are printed one by one in house, as well as carefully hand trimmed and packed by myself. If you have any questions, concerns, etc, PLEASE feel free to contact me.
DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Unless previously agreed upon, most orders ship via USPS first class mail. Large canvas prints will be shipped via FedEx Ground.
OPTIONAL SHIPPING UPGRADES:
I am more than happy to add shipping insurance, add a tracking number, or upgrade your order to a quicker shipping service upon request at a reasonable cost. If you upgrade to one of these services, upon shipment I will contact you with an additional invoice listing the additional costs incurred for these services. Please contact me before you order, or in your “notes to seller” so that proper arrangements can be made. If you need something urgently (overnight or 2 day shipping), please contact and confirm this with me before placing the order to make sure this option is available at the time you place your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Q: Can I order print in a larger size?
A: I can sometimes accommodate custom sizes requests depending on which design you'd like and what size you're looking for. Please contact me and I'll let you know if your request is possible.
Q: Why haven't I received my order yet? (I'm ordering from outside the U.S.A.)
A: International orders often take as long as 6 weeks to arrive (even orders just going to Canada) as customs can delay the shipping process by a lot. If it's been longer than 6 weeks since your order shipped, however, let me know.
Q: Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
A: I do my best to get orders out as quickly as I can. However, I'm a one person show with young children at home and lots of other responsibilities, so if anything unexpected happens in my life every once in awhile, an order might be delayed. Worry not, orders are NEVER lost or forgotten, and I will update the status of your order as soon as it's shipped.
Q: Can I feature your artwork on my blog?
A: Featuring my artwork on blogs, pinterest or other online venues is absolutely welcome so long as the feature links back to my shop, and isn't offensive or negative in nature.
