Unless there is a defect in the product, I do not accept refunds. And due to the custom nature of the majority of my work, I do not offer exchanges. I also cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to monitor variations in color.

I am also not responsible for uninsured packages or for deliveries that are lost/stolen and uninsured.

NOTE: there is absolutely no refund or exchange on custom pieces as I am very communicative during the creation process, although if you receive the item and would like me to change one or two things, I am willing to do that.

I strongly prefer Paypal for all transactions, and only under really, really unusual circumstances will I accept anything else. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 days.

I ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need something quicker, let me know! I use the US Postal Service when available, and usually ship in either a padded envelope or a small flat rate box. Contact me if you prefer alternate methods. NOTE: I will not use UPS or DHL under any circumstances.

I generally ship with delivery confirmation, and let me know if you would like insurance and I will invoice you.

Custom orders are always accepted, contact me and I will give you a time frame, cost estimate, etc. CD designs are much easier and quicker to make custom, and so you will receive them faster. If I am doing a custom piece for you, expect to be contacted. A lot. I want to get it right the first time!
