I love, love, love these markers. Beautifully constructed and so very unique. Packaged well and shipped in a timely manner. Did I say I love these markers!

I love these fairy houses. Your imagination is wonderful. I liked how the one marker is beaded slightly different so it can be the progress marker.

About

Let me inspire you.

Caliope was one of the greek muses. Muses inspire creativity. I strive to make hand carded batts, handspun yarn and hand made stitchmarkers that will inspire your creativity.

I love carding and blending fibre almost as much as I love buying it so I thought to myself what better way to bring in some extra money and indulge in my fibre obsession than to share what I make with the rest of the world? And, voila, Caliope's Fibre was made!

There will always be lots of removable, locking stitch markers; not those tacky plastic ones either. These are fun to use and make your work in progress look pretty. You can clip them directly into a stitch to mark your place or remind you of a certain instruction or you can hang them on your needles like a traditional stitch marker.

My hand spun yarn and carded batts are available for sale at Farm Fairy Fiber in Pitt Meadows, BC. If there is something specific you are looking for send me a convo and I would be happy to put together a custom fibre order for you.

Yes, I live in Canada. I spell fibre with an "re" and colour with a "u". :)

I am a 30-something mom, accountant and fibre artist. I used to have other hobbies... I used to scrapbook and read and make candles. Now I listen to audio books while I play with my fibre. Life couldn't be better!

Welcome to my little shop in the interwebs. I have more stuff than I could ever use. I love carding and blending fibre almost as much as I love buying it so I thought to myself what better way to bring in some extra money and indulge in my fibre obsession than to share what I make with the rest of the world? And, voila, Caliope's Fibre was made!

Don't forget about the stitch markers! These are removable you can clip them into a stitch, or the fabric, or hang them on your needle. I love searching for little beads and charms to make into stitch markers.

Everything is prepared in my home which is smoke-free but cat-friendly. I do my best to keep bits of them out of my work space but please keep this in mind if you have any severe allergies.
