RTS:
Ready to ship items: will be mailed within three business days, including tracking numbers.
MTO:
Made to order: Please allow approximately 7-10 BUSINESS days for your made to order items to be completed.
Shop turnaround times may vary during busy seasons and will be updated frequently.
*All efforts are made to complete orders well before then. :)
If you need delivery by a certain date please message me prior to purchase & I will do my best to accommodate!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Returns and exchange details
Any items not labelled as “ready to ship” are custom made after you place your order. I am unable to change sizes after you’ve placed your order as materials are limited.
Please ensure you select the proper size upon ordering. Orders are non-refundable. I communicate with the customer via message(s), (and photography at times) to ensure satisfaction prior to shipping on custom items.
At this time I do not offer refunds. If your item does not meet with your satisfaction, please contact me to find a possible remedy such as exchange or repair. :)
Please measure before every order to ensure a proper fit and size selection according to the size charts provided in each listing.
Payment
I do not accept personal checks at this time.
Shipping
Please allow up to approximately 7-10 BUSINESS days (M-F) from receipt of your payment for creation of your item(s). This does not include shipping times.
If you need a rush order for any reason please ask ahead of time!
Shipping is within the USA via first class or priority mail and includes delivery confirmation on all packages.
