Frequently asked questions
When will my package ship?
Items purchased Monday-Saturday before 9AM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 9AM EST ship the next business day. There is no shipping on Sunday and USA Federal Postal Holidays.
When will my package arrive?
All domestic packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Most of our packages arrive within 3-6 business days in the USA. If you do not receive your package within 6 business days please contact us.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Delivery times vary greatly depending on how long packages spend in customs. Most packages arrive within 3-6 weeks.
My item arrived broken or defective. What can I do?
We will replace any broken needle or item from any order that you placed with us, as well as pay the shipping costs to send the new item out to you!
We will provide you a return shipping label for your broken or defective item.
Broken or Defective Return Reasons:
My order arrived damaged or broken.
Defective Item/Item does not work properly.
Manufacturing defect or errors with product.
Item different from what was ordered.
I ordered with the wrong address and need to change it. What do I do?
If after completing your order you find that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP. We can only ship to the address on your order receipt so to change the address your order will need to be canceled and you can reorder with the correct shipping address.
I made 2 separate orders and would like them combined. Can you do that?
Orders are shipped as they are received. We are not able to combine any orders.
