Hello! I do my best to offer quality service and beautiful nails, and I love happy customers!

All my nails are made to order, so orders may not be dispatched until a few days after purchase, and they may also differ from the image shown. Because of this, custom orders are easy to make, and I encourage you to contact me if you'd like a design made exactly to your liking.

My nails are sent in sets of either 10 or 12. Usually, sets are in 12 and attached to a plastic spine, but since they are delicate, they sometimes come unattached. In this case, I will sell them in a set of 10 or 12 without the spine. This will always be indicated in the listing information.

Returns and exchanges
Refunds will only be given when items do not arrive. All packages have my return address, so if they are not delivered to you, they will be sent back to me. Because of this, I will know when there have been delivery issues and I will notify you accordingly.

A refund may be given if an item is damaged upon arrival, but photographic proof is necessary. Nail sets attached to spines are very delicate, and will sometimes come unattached. This is common and unfortunately will not warrant a refund.
Currently, I only accept PayPal payments, because this method is safe and fast for both parties.

I require full payment before painting and dispatching nails. Please bear this in mind when paying by e-check. In the event that payment is not received, I will try to contact you in a timely manner to resolve the issue.

Pricing for custom orders will be determined based on the request and will be discussed along with the design. I will do my best to keep the price of custom orders as low as possible.
I will always do my best to process orders and finish nail sets within 5 business days, but just in case please allow up to 10 business days to process and ship your order. In the event that this time will be longer, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you.

I only ship within the US right now, but this may change in the future. (Apologies to international shoppers, but it's just not something I can do right now.)

Your order will be shipped via USPS, in a padded envelope with additional packaging to ensure safety. Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping service as well as reasonable packaging costs to ensure that your nail sets come to you safely and undamaged. Please bear in mind that the sets attached to spines are very delicate and the nails may come unattached. While I try to prevent this, it may still occur.

Please be sure to double check the delivery address. If an order needs to be reshipped, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
