Hi Susan, When you complete the order, choose the payment method. We usually have two types: without tracking (cheaper) or with tracking (faster and more expensive). You chose the cheapest shipping. I appreciate your comment, because I thought it was well explained and I see that it was not. I will write this point better. Regarding communication, I never leave a comment unanswered. 1 out of 5 starsThis person doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Purchased some candle wicks in different sizes. Few days later the lady tells me one of the sizes I ordered was sold out and offered me a refund or something else. I asked for the refund. A week passes and still no update on order. (Mind you dispatch was 3 business days max) I reached out and asked and she replied 3 days later saying she will refund me in a few days and then send the order. Another week goes past and I did not receive a refund and my order was still not sent. I continued to reach out asking for a refund and no reply or any kind of communication. I had to ask ETSY TEAM for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LADY WASTE OF TIME

Shipping costs
All our products are sent by postal service.
We have two modalities: ordinary shipping (it is the one that appears by default) or certified shipment (with tracking number).
The first (ordinary) is cheaper, but has no tracking number and therefore we have no way to confirm the shipment. In case of loss we can not make a return or send you the order again.
The second method (certificate) is more expensive but you have a tracking number with which we can track the status of the order at any time. If your order has been lost, we will resend it or refund your order amount without cost.
So far all shipments we make as ordinary shipment have always arrived. But we can not guarantee that yours will do it, please keep it in mind.
Custom and personalized orders
Some products of our shop can be made by custom and personalized.
If you are interested in our wedding favors you can choose the soap variety and the names of the label.
We don't make personalized soap molds and soap stamps.
Sizing details
The size and other special detais are allways indicated in the product card. But if you have any additional question, please ask me.
It is possible to change the shipping method?
