Rachel Beyer is a healing artist, deep feeler and creative artisan based in Portland, Oregon. She makes beautiful handmade products to soothe and nurture the heart and home.
Rachel's work is inspired by the beauty of nature and esoteric knowledge, and is informed by radical self love practices and her personal journey of healing complex trauma and chronic pain. One of her favorite resources for self care and soothing her highly sensitive nervous system is herbal medicine and aromatherapy. Through working with aromatic plants, Rachel has found a more holistic and gentle form of healing and cultivated a practice of deep self-tending. By combining her colorful artwork with natural scents, Rachel created a stunning line of small batch aromatherapy candles, aura sprays and roll-on perfumes all hand-crafted with loving intention and good vibes. I like that the scale is on the large side so I could focus on learning how to do the stitches without having it be a fiddly small detail type of project. I have the confidence now to move on to something slightly more complicated and delicate.
