Rachel's work is inspired by the beauty of nature and esoteric knowledge, and is informed by radical self love practices and her personal journey of healing complex trauma and chronic pain. One of her favorite resources for self care and soothing her highly sensitive nervous system is herbal medicine and aromatherapy. Through working with aromatic plants, Rachel has found a more holistic and gentle form of healing and cultivated a practice of deep self-tending.
