Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
A proof will be forwarded for approval before the candle is personalised, therefore, no refund can be given after personalisation. If I have made a mistake, please contact jackie [!at] candles2cherish.co.uk within 5 working days of receipt, and , arrangements will be made to forward a replacement. Please attach a photograph of your candle to your email.

Cancellation of an order is allowed after payment has been received, providing that I have not personalised your candle, which under normal circumstance is done within 1-2 after payment has been received
Shipping
Once payment has been received your candle will be personalised within 1-2 days.
I use a signed for next day delivery to Mainland UK (not including Saturday/Sunday). Some Highland post codes may take a little longer together with Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

All candles sent outside Mainland UK will be a tracked and signed for delivery. To Europe this will take between 4 - 7 working days... to the USA and Canada between 6 - 9 working days
and to Australia and New Zealand between 7 - 11 working days.
Once payment has been received your candle will be personalised within 1-2 days.
