Returns of items will be accepted only if order is severely damaged in transit. If your order is damaged, please take a photo of it and send it to Squirrel.lisa.skelton2010 [!at] gmail.com BEFORE returning the item, so we will both have a copy of the photo for reference purposes. A choice of a refund of money, OR a replacement item of the same type will be available after the damaged item has been returned to and recieved by me.

I.)Online Payment will currently be accepted via Paypal, Money Order, or Cashier's Check or any of the major credit cards shown on each item listing. Local customers who do NOT need or want their order shipped may pay in cash. Local customers who wish to have their order shipped MUST use one of the online payment methods.

II.) ALL payments must be recieved before order will be mailed. If payment(s) is not recieved, your order will NOT be shipped.

III.) If for any reason, you decide you do not wish to purchase your order, contact me at Squirrel.lisa.skelton2010 [!at] gmail.com or by going to www.facebook.com/CandlesByLisaTennessee and sending a private message.

a.) FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Flat Rate/Flat Rate International are currently the only available shipping options for items sold on Etsy, insurance (if wanted) WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. The reason is, I use packing bubbles, newspaper, and every other packaging procaution necessary to ensure your package and contents will arrive safely so if there is no insurance on the package, you will STILL recieve your order in the condition I sent it in. Certain packages, containing small candles or those with items placed on top (Embellishments), will be marked as fragile as well as being packaged with care.

b.) Method of shipment will be decided after cheapest method for your specific order has been determined. You will recieve a conversation here on Etsy after method has been determined, notifying you of which service was chosen as well as date of shipment and (if applicable) tracking number, to keep you informed of your order status as well as allowing you to track shipment(s) when option is available. I will NOT be responsible for delivery time after packages have been shipped. Average delivery time from the U.S. may be looked up online at each shipment/delivery method website. I (the seller) will decide which shipment method to use.


c.) If shipping is cheaper than the set shipping price, I will very happily refund as much of the unused SHIPPING cost as possible. This applies ONLY to SHIPPING cost, NOT to total cost, nor to item listing price. However, if order was large, complicated, or for any other reason that will be determined by ME, refund may not be possible, or may not be as large. I alone reserve the right to determine refund amount.


d.) If shipping costs more than the listed amount, it will be paid for by me, provided it does not exceed $7. Prices that exceed $7 over the listed shipping price will be paid for BY THE CUSTOMER. If customer does not pay this, please refer to "Payment Policy Term III".

e.) Custom orders will be shipped in the same manor of normal orders.

Custom orders are available upon request, but may take longer to recieve than average orders. (Avg. Order: 1-2 Weeks // Custom Order: 1-4 Weeks [depends on Order size) Custom Orders for events MUST be placed 1-2 Weeks BEFORE event. Large Custom Orders, for certain events may be eligible for bulk discount rate. Other forms of wholesale not available.
