Please request a reserved listing to be set up for you to purchase from that will reflect your specific order customization and pricing details.
Proofs are provided for free, 24-48 hours after payment is submitted. Custom orders and new designs can take longer, so please inquire about lead times.
Shipping
When ordering, please take into consideration processing and shipping time for your order to arrive to you in time for your event. Processing / production times can vary depending on the size of your order, # of orders we have in house and high-volume peak times of year. Please check with us on lead times if you are unsure.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or damages by USPS. If you encounter these issues, please contact your local post office directly to file a complaint.
SUMMER SHIPPING INFORMATION

We have been shipping chocolate for over 10 years and have experience shipping even in warm weather. Yes, there is a "method to the madness" and so we ship carefully with "cooling materials" including reusable ice packs which is meant to keep your package cool only during transit. This means that although signature is not required when shipping our boxes to you, we do require that someone is present the expected day of delivery to accept the package and bring it immediately inside to a cool location. We will add a $3.75 handling fee to all orders during the summer months to accommodate appropriate summer shipping. During summer months, minimums may apply to accommodate our summer shipping program. See full listings for details.
