Story about CandyFoxx

Hello everybody!
My name is Algina and I'm a designer of handmade jewelry and founder of CandyFoxx. Why CandyFoxx? I live with my wonderful husband and two strange animals. Dog named Chiquita - she is very sweet and bully. Cat Tyku is extremely aggressive and furious. So I decided, why couldn't I have another strange animal - candy fox? So this is how the story began.

Today CandyFoxx - is a handcrafted jewelry made with love by me.
You can find here a lot of various earrings: stud earrings, double sided earrings, earrings for men and earrings for women.

I also make custom orders. If You‘re interested or You have any questions about my creations connect with me here on Etsy. Keep in mind that I’m located in Europe and depending on Your locations there can be a big time difference, so keep calm, I will answer you as soon as I can.

All packages are shipped via priority not registered mail unless you choose it with tracking number.

•Items should be received between 4-28 business days, depending on location.

•Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 8 weeks from shipping date. In that case please contact me and I will resolve this issue.

• Your order will be sent to your etsy shipping address (unless you request otherwise). So MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ETSY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT or LEAVE ADDRESS IN 'CONVO'

• All items are carefully and nicely packaged and are ready for gifting.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. But if you are not happy I can cancel your order for any reason and it can be done within 14 days you received your item. If you exceed the 14 days limit, there will be no refund. If you want to get refund, shipped item must not be wearied and must to be in the original packaging.

Contact me by this email: [!at] and inform me that you want to send the item back to me. Please, don’t send my any items without informing me.
I will refund your purchase within 14 days from that day you send me a proof of return shipping to me. If you don’t send me a proof I will wait until I get the package you shipped and refund money within 14 days after reception of the returned package. Also I need to mention that your money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used at the original transaction and I will not refund special shipping costs that were made on your request and that different from my standard shipping.
The costs for return shipping is paid for by buyer. These costs will not be refunded.

If your received package is damaged on arrival, please, contact me to resolve the issue.

Gift wrapping and packaging

• Your jewelry will come in a small package ready for gifting
• Shipping gifts directly to the recipient are always welcome.
• I can include a personal note as requested, just leave us the info in the note to seller at checkout.

Care instructions

• Our jewelry is water-resistant, but not waterproof, so we highly recommend to avoid direct contact with hot water (like bathing or going to sauna)
• You can easily clean polymer clay earrings (without resin) with rough clothe and soapy water. After that rub them with a small amount of oil.
• Earrings with resin you can clean with soft and soapy clothe.

How can I track my order?

• You can track your package here:
you need to select your country from the list while tracking with options.
• Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as United States post. We can track your package on site of Lithuanian post, it shows the last place in Lithuania where your parcel was registered:

Unclaimed packages

• If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order.
• Redelivery will cost 3€.

Can I change shipping address?

• You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo us with the correct address as soon as possible.

Lost packages

• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 8 weeks from posting date and tracking does not work.
• We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. We hold all the responsibility for the claims.
• While the claim is being proceeded, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.


• If you receive jewelry which is damaged during transmission was damaged (we will ask for a photo though), we will issue a full refund for you or replace it with identical one.
• If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
• Refund will be provided after receiving the item.
• You can send us the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package - we'll proceed you return / exchange immediately.
