About

Ethereal creations by Redd Walitzki

I've made artwork for as long as I can remember - my earliest memories are of scribbling on the walls of my bedroom with crayons, or decorating page after page with colorful swirls.

Since then, I have worked in a variety of media, including painting of all kinds (oils, watercolors, acrylics, encaustics). But I also have fun branching out into things like sewing, hat-making, odd little craft projects, ball-jointed dolls, and really anything I can put my hand to. This etsy shop is currently focused on laser-cut paper moths & butterflies. They came about when I needed realistic moths for a painting reference, and couldn't find them anywhere. So I made my own, and they turned out so fun that I thought others might enjoy them too!

Shipping
-I will ship your item within 1 week of payment. If the moths you selected are already made and in-stock, they may ship out within 2-3 days. But I only keep a limited number on hand, so especially larger orders may take a full week, since they need to be printed, lasercut, and checked. If for some reason there is a delay in creating your moths, I will let you know right away! My shipping days are usually Tues & Fridays.

-US orders are mailed out via First-Class USPS with Delivery Confirmation, or with Priority USPS for larger orders.

-Non-US orders will be shipped via First Class Airmail unless you request a different shipping method. You are responsible for any customs charges, but I can mark items as a "Gift".
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problem with your order please contact me before leaving feedback. Returns are possible for in stock, but they are handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom items are non-returnable. If I somehow make a mistake with your order I will fix it immediately at no additional cost.

A note about Lasercut Items:

The Lasercutter uses a focused beam of light to cut through the paper. This creates one of the most precise cuts possible. However since it is burning through the material to create the cut, sometimes there will be slight burning visible near the edges of the print. I check each piece carefully to make sure it meets a high standard of excellence, but small burn marks and a smoky burnt paper aroma are a natural part of the process. I can't accept refunds for slight laser burn marks, or print variations as these are an inherent part of this manufacturing process.

Sometimes the lasercut pieces may have a slight smoky smell for a few days (especially right after they're removed from their packaging). This is from where the laser has burned them, I ship from a smoke-free home. But if you are extremely sensitive of allergic to smoke, lasercut items may not be right for you.
