Returns and exchanges
I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there has been an error on my end.
Payment
Payment is expected the same day as your purchase unless prior arrangements have made. I am a very reasonable seller and if there are problems with the time I have given for payments, please let me know. With that said, if you tell me that you are going to pay on a certain day/time, then please do so. I take my shop and each transaction seriously.

Shipping
My shipping cost for each necklace is very reasonable. I always send free goodies with each purchase. I always ship first class with delivery confirmation. On the rare case that my husband ships, there will be no confirmation because he seems to 'forget' them. I can only ship on Fridays. I am sorry for any trouble this may cause. If your Paypal address is different from your Etsy address, I will message you to see which address you'd like me to ship too. If I don't hear from you within 2days, I will ship to your Paypal address.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love to get messages/convo's from anyone and I try my best to respond to each one that I get. I would also like it if you would respond to the messages that I send you. I pride myself on customer service and a fast response to messages. I don't like to be kept waiting if I send someone a message and I don't want anyone else to have wait either.

Custom orders are best taken as Alchemy requests. You can also send me a message before placing the request to help everything run more smoothly.

I am trade friendly, but I can only trade within the states. Sorry, but with the different customs regulations for each country, there is no way for me to know that my/your item gets safely to where it needs to be. Also, please be resonable when making a trade request and keep everything fair. With that said, I love Twilight and I am Team Jacob, but I my fav Cullen is Alice. =)
