The candy store opened when I began to tire of the hum drum of every day life. Waking up to drive to work five days a week, not for me, not any more. The more I sewed, the more dangerous my thoughts became. So I decided to test out the waters of my true love. Nothing seemed more epic and romantic then a wandering soul on the seas of inspiration searching for the harbor of her dreams. With a teeny, tiny sewing room, a hand sewn burlap back drop, three sewing machines and a tri pod, I began what is now driving me froward, so very close to not a harbor, but paradise.
My hand made garments begin usually with a day dream, followed by my scissors cutting away at the unknown. I usually allow my items to manifest into what shape they want, most the time my end result is completely different from my base idea, which is beautiful to me. When you allow your creativity and imagination to remain unharnessed, the end result is sincere, pure and untainted... and completely eccentric and original!

Along side my occasional and one of a kind hand mades, I search and search for awesome vintage pieces. items that pop and scream, pick me! I love sensual fabrics, divine to the touch. Exotic and rich colors, impresssive patterns, and always above all else, personality galore.
