ABOUT MY DESIGNS:
I create all the designs that you see in our shop. Some of my most popular designs are the personalized dog throw pillows such as this one: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1031115734/ which is available in many dog breeds!
We use partners to facilitate printing and shipping. Those partners are ALL in the USA and we locate international partners when needed.
ABOUT My PILLOWS:
My throw pillows include the insert. These inserts are specifically made with the pillows and each pillow has a hidden (concealed) zipper cover that can easily be removed for care and cleaning.
We take pride in continuing to bring you new and exciting designs and look forward to getting those to you. We love our customers and giving a hands on approach to our designs and creations. Custom and personalized orders
All of our items are designed by us. We do not sell in stores. If you see an item you would like customized with your name or your pet's name, email us and let us know. Most items can be customized.
Can I get a discount if I order a larger quantity of items?
Yes. Just contact me ahead of time. We will need to have the order placed as one order and shipped to one location. You can contact me through the Etsy messenger.
How can I learn of new designs you may be working on?

We will send out periodical newsletters about new designs, sales and specials. We value your privacy so we will never spam you or sell your information.
Why don’t you accept returns or exchanges?
Our orders are custom designs. If we make a mistake, we will resolve that immediately with a corrected item or a full refund, if necessary. For this same reason, we cannot accept buyer’s remorse returns.
