5 out of 5 starsThe only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 was I ordered 1 inch eye pins and got 2 inch instead. I needed these right away so I used them. It didn’t affect my product but seemed a bit of waste. Otherwise I would have given 5 star.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item purchased is at our fault. Registered mail is recommended.
Please note: All on sale items are sold as is, no returns.
All chain items that in continued length can not be returned.
Please contact us before leaving feedback so we can learn of any problems and do our best to work out a solution.
Payment
Items paid for with Papal eChecks will be sent after the eCheck has cleared, usually 3-4 days.
Please note: Virginia customers will be charged a 6% sales tax upon checkout.
Shipping
All domestic shipping are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation only. Signature confirmation is available per request for additional $2.50. If you need this service, contact us before you check out, I will modify the shipping charges accordingly.
All international shipping are shipped via USPS first class mail. Priority mail is available through upgrade. All international first class and priority mail do not come with tracking number. The bar code on the envelope is merely the custom form code. For packages with tracking, we suggest to use International Express mail, the fastest and safest delivery possible. Please contact us if you need such service.
International customers, please be aware all customs fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees (which may be charged upon delivery) are not included in the item prices nor shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer . We are not responsible for any of these charges. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide any estimate for your country's duty or VAT.
All international package is insured. Domestic package is not insured unless such service is requested and paid by buyer.
Orders are not considered "Lost" unless meet the following dates:
>>Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date
>>International: 45 days past shipping date
>>International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date
If a package is insured and considered "lost" and passed the above dates, we can file a "lost" package claim with our insurance company and you will be asked to complete a insurance affidavit form.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is a problem please contact us immediately. Any problems can be solved through communication. We want you be happy with your purchase.
For lost packages after we filed insurance, we will re-ship your order. If you request a cash refund, there will be 10% handling fee to cover our shipping cost and transaction fees incurred.

If you claim your package is lost, please be aware after we filed insurance, your order can only be re-shipped. There is NO cash refund for the first time international buyer.
