We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with the item you ordered simply return it to us and once we receive the return product undamaged in its original packaging, a full refund of the purchase price of the product will be issued. Shipping is not refundable.

DIGITAL PATTERN POLICY:
There are no refunds on patterns, but we want you to be happy, actually, thrilled with your purchase. If you have any problems, send me an Etsy convo and we will do all we can to help you.

Guarantee:

We will alway send a small crochet or knitting related gift in your package to show our appreciation that you chose our shop to place your order. Our guarantee is if you do not like the item you purchased you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, and you can keep the free gifts. (Does not apply to digital patterns)

We guarantee our knitting needles and crochet hooks for 1 year from the date of purchase. We will replace them if they break when they are used within their normal intended purpose.

We will not refund or replace items that were used in a manner that would make the item unusable and in ways that were not the intended use of the item.

Colors in photos many vary from the actual product as I try to post photos that represent the most accurate depiction of the product. Because everyone's computer monitor has different color settings you may find your monitor produces a picture that may vary a little from the actual color of the item. (Dark brown on your monitor, actual product is a lighter brown)

We accept credit cards, PayPal and Etsy gift cards. Payment is expected at time of purchase. If no payment is received within 48 hours he order will be cancelled.

ATTENTION WASHINGTON STATE CUSTOMERS:
If you live in the state of Washington please contact me first so I can add your zip code with the correct sales tax rate to my shop. Otherwise, you may be charged a tax rate that may not be accurate. I apologize for this inconvenience.

***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. We will not be responsible if your item is shipped to an incorrect address that you provided.****

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service first class mail. The cost of shipping also includes tracking which is for your convenience and protection (within USA only). All domestic packages are sent with tracking numbers. Once your package is mailed you will receive an email from both Etsy with your tracking number We want you to get your order and we do all we can to ensure it will get to you safely and in a timely manner.

PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT:
1.) Should an incorrect address be submitted and your order is returned to us undeliverable, we will require you to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
2.) We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail. USA residents are advised to purchase the shipping insurance.
3.) If you decide to return the items you have purchased, shipping costs are not refundable nor reimbursed.

***ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Outside USA):
Tracking on international packages is extremely expensive from the USA. If you would like tracking on your package please choose the upgrade option registered mail w/tracking. This charge will be in addition to the regular shipping fee charged and will give you a tracking number and has to be signed for when delivered. We do everything we can to get you your package. However, if your package is lost in the mail and we have to replace the items you ordered at our expense we will require you to pay for tracking/registered mail before we will send out the replacement items.

If you do not see your country in the shipping calculation, please convo me and I will add it.

There are certain countries I will not ship to or cannot due to restrictions/sanctions set by the United States Government upon these countries.
North Korea, Cuba - United States Government imposed sanctions
Iraq, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine and any country that has a ongoing war/conflict.
Russia - As there are export restrictions on certain products going to Russia that have been imposed because of the Ukraine conflict and because it would be prohibitively expensive for me to have an attorney explain these in detail. I will not ship to Russia until the United States Government restores all exportation to the country.
