Due to the Covid 19 pandemic any refund or replacement request due to USPS shipping delays cannot be processed until 30 business days after the initial shipping date.

100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return item for a full refund. Exchanges are also available. **Please note that there will be no refunds or exchanges on made to order or custom work.**

Shipping
UPS shipping will be used for items that ship free if it is determined to be more cost effective. Etsy does not offer UPS shipping, however, Captive Fancy will utilize it when necessary. Items will be shipped via USPS first class mail (only a few items are eligible for first class shipping) or priority mail within 3 - 5 business days after receiving payment. Made to order items will ship as soon as possible, but could take up to 2 weeks after order is processed.

International shipping: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States, the USPS can no longer control delivery. Please contact your local customs office with tracking information.

Please double check the shipping address prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery if an incorrect address is given. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure you can safely receive deliveries at your chosen shipping address.
Additional policies and FAQs
Damage: If your item should arrive damaged, I must be notified immediately. Please email photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the packaging for insurance purposes. I cannot replace or refund for damaged items if photos are not received. Item and packaging must be kept in case USPS/UPS needs to inspect the package.
