Items must be not have been worn or used. All items for return must be post marked by the 30th day calendar day after the date of delivery (as noted by shipping carrier) in order to receive a refund or exchange.

For defective or items damaged in shipping, customer shall pay shipping upfront, and will be reimbursed for the shipping cost if the item is found to be defective by myself.

~Custom Made Return~
Please note that custom made items may not be returned. This is due to the personalized nature of the custom made pieces, and the inability to restock them for sale.
Payment
~Payments~
Payment is due upon purchase, unless arranged for a large or custom order. Currently Paypal is the easiest form of payment. Here one may also use Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal. There is also the option for E-Checks via Paypal.
Please be aware that E-Checks through Paypal may take 5-7 business days to process the payment fully. This processing time may delay the shipping of you piece(s).

~Large and Custom Orders~
Payment plans are available for orders over $100. When orders are placed information and deposits are saved for 3 months of inactivity.

The initial payment must cover at least 50% of the final cost. Payment schedules for the remaining total are arranged on an individual basis.

20% of the final cost is non-refundable due to purchasing supplies and time used to discuss your specific order.

If you would desire to start a payment plan please message me and we can move forward with the required steps to start and eventually complete your order.

Once final payment is made your piece(s) then go into the production que and a message will be sent with an estimated time of completion.

~Processing Time~
I understand that when you purchase an item it is because you have fallen in love with that piece and cannot wait to have it. With that in mind I try to ship as fast as possible and in discreet packaging.

Standard processing time is that all times will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the day of payment. This excludes commissioned pieces, customer alteration requests, and items purchased via E-Checks.

Most items will say if they are made to order or if they are already in stock.
In an effort to be mindful of my footprint, all packaging is recyclable and may be shipped in post consumer maillers and packaging whenever possible, bearing in mind discretion.

I am happy to ship to international locations (non US). CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep your jewelry away from household cleaners. Please do not use jewelry cleaners, cremes, or polishing cloths on your aluminum chainmaille.

Please handle your jewelry with care. Chainmaille links are not soldered and therefore can be pulled apart.

ALUMINUM will not tarnish like sterling silver, but it will pick up dirt and oils from your skin causing it to become dull. Should you find that your jewelry is not as shiny as it used to be, soak your piece in warm soapy water (only blue dawn dish soap is recommended) for a few minutes to loosen dirt and oils. Then lather it it with gentle dish soap using your fingers. Rinse with warm water and allow to air dry. You may also dry it with a blow dryer set on the cool setting.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR A BRACELET OR ANKLET

~BRACELETS~
Using a soft measuring tape, measure around your wrist bone. Take that measurement and add 1/2 inch to one inch, depending upon how tight fitting you like your bracelets. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, cut a strip of paper, wrap that around your wrist and make a mark where it overlaps. Then lay it straight against a ruler to find your measurement, and add about one inch.

~Example~
My actual wrist measurement is 5-1/2 inches. My bracelet size is 6 inches.
~ANKLET~
Measuring for an anklet is very similar to measuring for a bracelet, in that you can measure your ankle and add 1 inch. Alternatively, measure with a soft measuring tape or string where you would like your anklet to sit. Some prefer a high fit while other prefer a looser, under-the-ankle-bone fit.
