Most items are returnable, see individual listings for exclusions. If you select a fabric with NR in the description the garment is final sale and non-refundable.

Buyer must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. If the buyer would like to return the items received, all items must be returned unworn in the original packaging within 14 days to receive a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are nonrefundable. Return orders received after 14 days will be refunded 50% of the purchase price. Return orders received after 30 days are nonrefundable.

If the order received was incorrect due to an error on our part we will refund the full amount and cover return shipping.

All mens shirt listings include a sizing guide as the final picture in the listing. Please refer to this chart to select the correct size for your order.

Children's sizes are by age. If you are not sure which size to order we recommend ordering the size up giving your child more time to grow into and wear these garments.

All garments include a care tag sewn into the side seam. Our fabrics have been pre-washed without detergent to preshrink the fabric prior to manufacturing.

We recommend washing these garments with the detergent of your choice and tumble drying on a low heat. Dark colors should be washed minimally to avoid fading and with other dark colors.

Should you choose to iron, please do so on a medium setting to avoid scorching the fabric.

Absolutely! Whether you send us the fabric and we make them or whether we source a specific fabric for you, we can customize any order. Need long sleeve shirts instead of short? No problem. Simply contact us and we will give you a price quote for your custom order.

Yes. If you do so within 2 hours of placing your initial order there will be no charge to cancel or change your order (unless there is a price difference between the garments). Once we receive your order we often send it to the cutting room to begin the manufacturing process right away. Any cancellations or changes received after your order has begun manufacturing will incur a 10% cancellation or change fee.

Each order is custom made at the time of purchase. As we come to the end of a particular fabric we are limited on the amount of garments we can make. These final run fabrics are then marked as non-refundable.
