cardiclips' Shop Policies
Please take a moment to look over my policies and the FAQ for good information that you can use in your purchasing decision.
Please keep in mind that all my goods are handmade so each item is unique and no two items are exactly alike ... this is a good thing :)
I accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 4 days of the time of purchase. After the 4 days I will send you a little nudge convo to remind you :)
I am shipping from California, USA
U.S. and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I ship to the address you provide through PayPal so please let me know in the notes to seller when you place your order if you want me to use a different address.
I package your goods in sturdy kraft jewelry boxes which are lovingly surrounded by packing peanuts or bubble wrap and then tucked neatly into a waterproof bubble mailer. I try to set all shipping and handling costs as accurately as possible, I do not believe in charging inflated shipping costs to save on etsy fees.
Items will be sent out via first-class mail 1-5 days after final payment is received, I will update the status of your purchase to shipped when I mail out the goods.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS
Please note any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases are the sole responsibility of the BUYER. Please make yourself aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before you finalize your purchase as I do not include them in the quoted shipping price - thanks :)
In the event that something goes wrong during shipping on an order over $60 I would appreciate your assistance in claiming a refund when an item does go missing or gets damaged - this would consist of a signed affidavit (faxed or mailed) stating non-receipt or damage to the parcel. Your help would be much appreciated :)
Refunds and Exchanges
LOST or DAMAGED GOODS
Shipments that have been lost or damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded. Some items are one of a kind and unfortunately only refunds will be given instead of replacements. For International orders I can only offer a refund instead of a replacement for lost or damaged packages because of the higher shipping costs involved.
In some cases I may request photo evidence or ask you to send the goods back to me (at my cost of course) just so that I can assess what went wrong and how I can improve on it.
I am happy to offer a refund or exchange at your expense in the event that you find you didn't like what you received. You may return the item at your expense for a refund (original and return shipping will not be refunded) or exchange, as long as the item is in the same original condition you received it in.
1. Please communicate with me within 5 days of receiving item
2. Please ship the item back to me within 10 days.
3. Postage on returned and replacement items are at your expense.

Please note that I do add your email address to our mailing list so that we can send you any sale, coupon or shop updates, feel free to unsubscribe at anytime. I do NOT however sell or distribute your email address to anyone else because that is not very nice is it.
