This needs to be amended but the premise will be the same as for CardsAndCraft.etsy.com ie as below even if the shipping and some wording will need to be amended.
Cards & Craft have been trading online at www.cardsandcraft.co.uk and shipping worldwide since 2006 with the odd venture out into the big wide world at large venue craft shows such as at the NEC in Birmingham and Alexandra Palace in London. We aim to provide interesting products and a high standard of customer service. At any stage please email/or convo for further information, help and advice regarding products and our policies - the boring, but necessary information, is below. It's not as scary as it looks, just more specific than some suppliers as we have found that customers do often want more detailed information. For example we do operate a returns policy whereas some suppliers don't.

Payment
Payment is by PayPal only. Please make payment immediately after placing your order. Please note that payments via PayPal e-cheque can take up to a week to clear from the US and up to two weeks from the UK, though the average is around 5 days, orders will be despatched once confirmation of cleared payment has been received from PayPal.

If payment, including the exception of confirmed intention to pay via PayPal e-cheque, is not received within 24 hours of the order submission we will withdraw the order and reserve the right to report non-payment to Etsy. Please convo or email us if you have any problems with payment as we don't want to give anything other than positive feedback ie not give negative due to non payment.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped a refund for example will only be possible when the goods are returned - see below for further information.

Please note that Cards and Craft are not registered for VAT in the UK, prices therefore are not charged to include VAT.
Shipping
All orders, wherever possible, will usually be despatched within 1-7 working days from the day after receipt of order and cleared payment - usually 1 or 2 days after receipt of payment. Please note we are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, UK public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes. Please note we can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control such as postal strikes or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower. Should an exceptional event occur we will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE BASED IN THE UK AND SHIPPING OVERSEAS CAN TAKE TIME TO ARRIVE. Shipping outside of the UK may take longer, up to as much as 6 weeks though it should be noted that this is not the norm - it can be incredibly quick - 2-3 days to the rest of Europe and 3-7 days to the US/Australia/New Zealand etc. Please note that for overseas shipping we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit once packages have been passed to the Royal Mail as insurance is not available on standard shipping. However if there is a problem at any stage please do email or convo us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem to your satisfaction as soon as we possibly can. UK orders will be sent standard first class, overseas orders standard airmail. We reserve the right to amend at our discretion this at any stage to an upgrade of recorded/special delivery (trackable) for UK orders or Airsure/International Signed For (trackable) for non UK orders at no additional expense to the customer but this will only apply on orders of a significant value e.g. over £20.00 GBP ex shipping in the UK and over £50.00 GBP to outside of the UK and this is only a guide not a given.

Please note that orders placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of our control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.

Combined shipping - all items are listed to encompass combined shipping e.g. $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each subsquent item purchased and paid for at the same time. It is not possible to combine further than that as large orders of lots of items will be shipped in most instances by priority/trackable methods (see above re right to change method) which cost significantly more. However at is it some times tricky to get shipping costs right on some items, if there is an significant over charge of more than £1 GBP we will refund that to you. Shipping costs encompass actual shipping paid and packaging. If in doubt or you have any questions please do ask for clarification etc.

Postal address - orders will be sent to the ship to address indicated on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address that you convo us to confirm the correct and full postal address. We can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses. Please note that your delivery ie PayPal address really should always be your Etsy address for security reasons - if it isn't please convo us.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items will be sent to you properly packaged in perfect condition. If however you find the goods to be faulty please notify us by convo or email of the problem within 7 days of receipt and then return the item to us and we will provide a replacement or a full refund as requested along with your postage costs where applicable. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We are happy to exchange or credit for any items you are not satisfied with (less shipping paid) if you notify us by convo or email of your decision on receipt and the items are returned immediately and no longer than 7 days after receipt unused, in their original sealed packaging in perfect condition for resale. Please quote your original order number on the package. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note the returning customer is responsible for payment of return postage. We operate within the key EU distance selling/shopping regulation of returns, for any reason, are acceptable within 7 days and have applied to this to worldwide purchases ie not just to those destined for the EU.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of specialist items made to order without prior agreement from us.
Additional policies and FAQs
Descriptions etc - are as accurate as possible. All sizes are listed as approximate though in reality measured. All photographs are as accurate as possible as are colours unless specifically stated in the description as variable. Please allow for differences in colours on individual monitors. Should you not be happy on receipt of an item you can of course return that item - please see the returns information above.

Samples - as we only sell items in very small quantities we are unable to supply samples to individuals. Should you wish to consider buying items in larger quantities please convo us and we will endeavour to help you out. Please be advised though that you should always conduct your own tests on products before placing significant orders, as we cannot guarantee the suitability of our products for any specific purposes.

Samples for publication - we are happy to supply samples and or images to publications, in the first instance please convo or email us with your request.

Intro/introductory offers - are single or two only listings of some new products listed at discounted prices. It therefore is not possible to do custom order/bulk order/discounted shipping orders at these prices as they are already heavily discounted.

Vintage - vintage status is as accurate as we can tell e.g. period listed. As vintage items are of age there will be some wear and tear, patination, scratches etc as you would expect. Such ageing will be described and indicated as accurately as possible.

Packaging - all products are wrapped and shipped in brand new packaging. This is not because we don't believe in recycling (we recycle everything we can from home) but we feel customers should receive everything brand new plus reused envelopes are more likely to be damaged during a second shipping. The only exception to this is that some C&C branded bags have been used in the past at shows, so on occasions some may be a little crinkled and / or have price stickers on (unrelated to the item you receive.) Packaging used - grip seal bags, Cards & Crafts branded bags, bubble wrap (for all non fabric items), jewellery boxes, jewellery fabric bags, A000, C00 & F3 Mail Lite Gold or equivalent quality/size Jiffy/3M envelopes, double stuck with clear 3M parcel tape and or covered with a plastic mail tuff bag. All overseas packages are covered in clear tape for added protection and or a plastic mail tuff bag.

Feedback - we leave positive feedback on receipt of your feedback once we know your package has arrived safely and you are happy with your purchases. Should there be any problems with your order please, please, please convo or email us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We want you to be happy with your purchases and aim to solve any problems at a customer services level i.e. prior to feedback.
