Our items are sold AS IS, meaning non refundable. If you need any other photos please do not hesitate to ask for some. We will do our best to take more as soon as possible and send them your way. We make sure to only sell (in our opinion) exceptional items, and cannot be held responsible for anyone's buyer's remorse.

It is very difficult, when dealing with vintage pieces, to REPLACE something if it arrives damaged. We try our absoute best to pack things so this will not happen. If by chance it does, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we can discuss our options. Anything sent domestically with Priority Mail comes with insurance.

At the same time, we try to be as descriptive as possible with these pieces since they are old, and sometimes show their age. Any flaws or wear will be noted on the item's page before you even purchase it. As for the art pieces, they are one of a kind. You will always receive the item that is pictured and not a variant.
We accept credit/debit (Direct Checkout), Paypal, and Etsy gift cards. We are also very flexible with reserving items for you!

"Other" as a form of payment is only permitted when another shop is trading with us, and it has been arranged prior to ordering. If any orders come through with "other" as payment and they have not already been arranged, we will cancel the orders and you will have to re-purchase with valid payment.
*TIMEFRAME- We reserve a 3 day window from the time your payment CLEARS into our bank account, NOT into Etsy, which means, we have up to 3 business days after the payment is transferred to our actual bank account, to send your item out. 90% of the time we get items out within 1- 2 days tops but we give ourselves 3 business days just in case we can't make it to the post office in that time frame.

Ship by and receive by are 2 different things as well. SHIP BY means to send out by. Ship by does not mean "I need to receive this item on X day". If you need your item by a certain time, please let us know *before* you place your order, and we will do everything within our power to make that happen, if that is a possibility! Please know we try our absolute best to get things out in a timely fashion but if rush shipments are what you need, this needs to be arranged prior to you ordering. Also we are not responsible for hangups and delays with the US Postal Service; we do not personally escort our packages to their destinations so please know we are only responsible for them while they are in our possession! For orders within the United States, we will always provide you with tracking for your package and it is your responsibility to use that tool. When we follow up with the USPS it is 100% as a courtesy to you, but it is not our responsibility to do that.

Please know we CANNOT guarantee that your package will arrive by any certain date regardless of how it was sent. Things get held up all the time, post is unpredictable sometimes, so please keep this in mind. Their arrival estimates are just that; estimates, are more often than not, they are off!

*RATES- In the past, we have refunded differences in postage costs, as a COURTESY. Unfortunately we are not doing this anymore. With the busy holiday season approaching, please keep in mind that boxes, bubble wrap, tape, tissue paper, etc are not free or cheap and your shipping rates do reflect this! This is the handling fee part of it. Just because something costs a certain amount in postage does not mean that what we charge for shipping will match. For example the cost of shipping something to California varies from the cost of shipping something to Florida. On top of this, again, we do have to buy packaging and shipping materials. We ALWAYS try to keep prices low and to be fair! If you don't agree with a price then please by all means shop around, but we strive to provide you with the best deal possible.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- All overseas orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Unfortunately there is no way of tracking these orders, it is not an option at the post office. So please order at your own risk! I have never had a package become lost completely so far, but one time a package was held in customs for an extended period of time (over a month). So please keep this in mind! Also please know your import laws, our store is not responsible for rejected items, duty fees, etc. That is the buyer's responsibility, we simply are not experts on every country's shipping and import laws and methods.
