Each piece in my jewelry collection is created by hand from conception to completion. I design pieces of on-trend, wearable art using my own metalwork combined with natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, leather and precious metal chain and beads. My metal work is handcrafted using precious metal clay (reclaimed silver and copper known as PMC) which begins with creating a texture, many of which I make using buds, leaves and herbs or some which I have carved my own drawings into blocks to use again. I then cut and shape the PMC by hand, sand it meticulously when dry and fire the pieces in a hot kiln which burns out the organic binder leaving pure, precious metal as the finished product. The final step in this process is hand polishing each piece of silver or copper before I work it into one of my designs.
Always feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Just click on "Contact shop owner" on the left side of the screen.

5 out of 5 starsI bought this bracelet for my husband for our anniversary. It it just beautiful, he loves it! The craftsmanship is excellent and it arrived very quickly. I purchased the "Streams" bracelet previously and it is equally beautiful and well-made. If you are looking for a great gift for a fly fisherman, either of these bracelets would be well received.

5 out of 5 starsWhere to begin? Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday = excellent service. Put it on that day and have worn it every day since. I layer it with a simple silver chain bracelet that I love and have received numerous compliments. Highly recommend this seller to anyone who appreciates jewelry as an art form.

Precious metal clay is malleable like clay until it dries, thus, allowing me to be able to spiral it and shape it.
-
After cutting and shaping, I sand the delicate piece smooth with various grits and types of sanding tools.
-
More sanding - there is a lot of sanding involved in PMC design!
-
The piece is exactly how I want it so I place it in a kiln which will fire the silver or copper at 1500-1700 degrees.
-
Many times, a patina is applied to accent recesses. Each piece is hand polished using different grits and accessories.
Imagine, Create, Design - One piece at a time
Art has always been a part of my life and my existence. Throughout my life I have painted on canvas, on walls and on glass, worked with textiles and much more. I began designing jewelry in 2006 and in 2009 received my Certification in Precious Metal Clay, training under Terry Kovalcik. This technique has given me the ability to create my own metal work using silver and copper. It is a time-consuming approach to creating handcrafted, original pieces of jewelry but the end product is truly art which appeals to my need for artistic expression. I very much love what I do and I treasure the peace and retreat it brings me from the routine of everyday life. I spend many hours creating the pieces you see in my shop. I hope my love of color, texture, nature and beautiful gemstones is apparent to you in each of my designs!
